For the next few days (30 April to 7 May), I will provide an exciting coverage on youth and culture in Lisbon, Portugal.
I have visited a number of exciting world-class cities in Europe e.g. Barcelona, London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Edinburgh and others. Most of these cities have a common trait. They are vibrant cultural and artistic centres.
Can both Kuala Lumpur and Penang become international cities comparable to these cities? Do we truly appreciate the real value of various culture and arts?
