I was shocked, disgusted and angry to see a few politicians and their appointed agents trying so hard to defend and protect the 'integrity' of the MACC.
Why makes the MACC so daring to operate above their standard operating procedure (in accordance to the Criminal Procedure Code) and work ethics? What makes them so daring to use threats, physical force and all forms of torture against their suspects and witnesses?
The answer is the protection of the ruling elite. These officers believe that by working in cahoot with the ruling elite that their actions and misdeeds will be conveniently covered and protected. According to Berita Harian, the MACC has even become a 'Malay-dominated' institution under severe threats from the largely non-Malay protesters because a Malaysian Chinese witness was killed in its custody.
The whole issue is not because a non-Malay was killed in its custody. The main issue is because someone, a young man and an innocent Malaysian had lost his life to the dangerous political game played by the institution. It should have stayed out of the political contestation between BN/UMNO and PR but it had chosen to get involved and to become a tool of these politicians, believing that this collusion will bring them a useful liaison.
Only fools do not see the liaison. What makes Nazri Aziz, Khir Toyo, Berita Harian, Ahmad Said, Ashiruddin Attan (Rockybru), and others so quick to leap to the defence of the MACC if the latter is truly independent. Any government should have held the MACC accountable for failing to perform its responsibility to act transparently and diligently.
How do we trace a liar? It is rather simple. A liar will cook up unbelievable stories that do not connect or make sense. This is precisely what has happened to the Teoh Beng Hock's saga. If the MACC is truly faultless, why didn't its top management provide a detailed explanation on what had transpired during the interrogation of Teoh? Why must its head, Ahmad Said, so insensitively still refused to admit the mistake and a breach of ethics of his commission?
I was watching Astro AEC news updates last night and was shock to hear that MCA's Lee Wei Kiat had uttered something less than sensible. He was allegedly said that Teoh deserved to die because the latter had committed suicide out of personal guilt. He was quoted as saying that MACC has always been very professional in dispensing their duty.
I immediately send a text message to his president, Ong Tee Keat, to verify and protest the statement. Ong responded almost immediately to confirm that Lee's statement was fabricated by an unknown person and that Lee had responded with his own statement to call for a full probe on the fabrication. I would like to thank Ong for his clarification. There could be a possible internal sabotage in his own party and it is for Ong to worry about it.
I would like to warn the MACC against telling half truths. Like many other Malaysians, we will scrutinize all statements and explanations made by the commission.
I would also like to urge the Prime Minister to approve the creation of IPCMC immediately. Guna, a Malaysian Indian, was detained on suspected drugs abuse and was found dead in police custody. His death was so unfortunate. He was not as fortunate to get the attention of politicians who are now focused on the controversial death of Teoh.
We must stop all these abuses. If this government is not willing to help us do it, lets find one which is willing to implement change.

In a real world ie in other countries, the first decent thing the dept head would do is to express their condolence to the deceased's family and promise an immediate investigation to find out what happened.A responsible chief would have offered to resign to take responsibility or suspended all the involved staff pending investigation.But in country, not a word of comfort was offered to the family but a solid defence of its action plus made worst by those points-scoring warlords who proudly stood up on the chairs to defend this arrogant institution, joined in the fun by 2racist newspapers.How could I continue to vote for these people.

PJ: A member of MACC advisory panel, Tan Sri Robert has joined the chorus of public outrage at the death oh Teoh, questioning the commissions’ interrogation procedures.
He view a person detained 4 more then 6 hours, past midnight as abuse of power.
He added officer could have send him back if he opted to sleep in MACC office, the officer should have got someone to keep him company or to keep an eye on him as precaution & enter this in teh station log.

I went to pay my last respect to Teoh today in Nirvana Semenyih. I can feel their family sadness and pains. My deep condolence to Teoh family and friends. God bless all Malaysian.

They have found Teoh Beng Hock's handphone in the possession of a MACC officer. Now, if we are to believe that Teoh Beng Hock was released at 3.45am, then surely the MACC would have returned his handphone to him already. This only goes to prove that TBH was still under MACC custody when he was killed.
This shows that MACC Investigation Director Mohd Shukri Abdul was lying through his teeth. At the very least he has committed criminal conspiracy, at the very worst he is an accessory to murder. Shukri Abdul please answer! We now have a face and name to EVIL and his name is Mohd Shukri Abdul.
Furthermore, previous UMNO floated theories that TBH was killed by DAP triads from the rooftop or 9th floor of Plaza Masalam has been shown to be false. As glass shards and window latch found beside TBH's body was from the MACC office in the 14th floor and not from the 9th floor (unoccupied) where all the windows are in perfect condition nor from the rooftop (locked). UMNO fanboys so sorry you have to come up with a new movie script as your old script sudah lapuk!
We have questions that need to be answered:
1) Why was MACC in possession of TBH's handphone?
2) Who is the MACC officer in possession of TBH's handphone?
3) Why did MACC initially deny having TBH's handphone?
4) Where is TBH's signed statement of release?
5) From which MACC office was TBH thrown out?
6) Who are the MACC officers interrogating TBH?
This is murder most foul and we demand capital punishment for the killers and long prison sentences for for their superiors (Mohd Shukri Abdul) for criminal conspiracy to hinder an ongoing murder investigation and being an accessory to murder.

It was the Macc staff that went mad when theoh refuse to make false statment and they wanted to inject heroin to his body and against it . eventualy the drug make him mindless and jumping out from the 14 floor . since the heroin is so easy avaiable with the officer/police . someone should check whether the toxic screening appear any result .

My theory and presumption on what happened was:-
The same Malaysia Anchovies Catching Commission officer who pointed his finger rudely at Tan Boon Hwa and said that this is his MACC office and he could hit him anytime he wanted may have forced Teoh to the window and held his neck to threaten him that he could push him out of the window if he wanted. A panic Teoh struggled and and the tragic fall happened.

Nobody is putting the blame on MACC simply because it is a Malay! I don't undertand why you stated in your comment that MACC is a Malay. Perhaps, you can enlighten me on this..............
Well, the Chief of MACC had nothing to say or defend by 'suggesting' that Teoh could have committed suicide. Even those with negative IQ will say the chance is very remote cause: (i) Teoh was planning to get married soon & (ii) Teoh was the father-to-be soon.
This reflects how STUPID the Chief of MACC can be!!! WaningMalaysia!
