When Democracy & Justice is Lop Sided...

When a newspaper churns out piece after piece of racist and provocative articles, it was defended by the second most senior leader in the BN coalition, the deputy prime minister...

When a group of bloggers attacks the vernacular schools for being a cancer to the nation, these bloggers stood quiet to allow this newspaper to hurl racist accusations against the non-Malays...yet they call themselves true Malaysians...

When a Malay leader champions true democracy, rule of law and an end to race affirmative policy which neglected even the Malays, he was called a traitor...we know best who is the real traitor to the nation - the one who defended racist articles which called for racial uprising against the minorities...

When a political aide fell to his death during custody, some parties warned those who wanted to seek justice for the victim not to undermine their race and their public institutions...the call for justice is not only for this Chinese victim but the other 1804 victims of all races who had faced similar death in custody...Malays, Indians, Chinese...

When the MACC acted so swiftly on the PR Selangor assemblymen, we were left to wonder what happened to the two ex-PKR excos who are being investigated for corruption...

When the BN accused the PR government for the Kampung Buah Pala land fiasco mismanagement, we were left to wonder who actually sold the land...what happened to the PKFZ probe?

When young Malay Malaysians went to the streets to protest the continuation and selective use of the draconian ISA, they were accused of being manipulated by the minorities...we were left to wonder what happened to the groups who had threatened to burn down the Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall, who had interrupted the East Timor, Bar Council and other meetings?

When democracy and justice is lop sided, we were left to wonder why should we continue to tolerate such stupidity, arrogance and hostility?

How many five years to you have in a life time?

SAY NO TO RACISM!

Najlis had allowed such racial papers to continue shooting bloody comments which only hurts non Malay Malaysians. If Chinese and Tamil papers dare to write such comments, bet you they would have been hauled up and the writers will be slap with ISA law and banished to Kamunting.

Yet until today, Najlis or Kerismuddin did not do anything to even warn the papers. Is this Malaysia we are living in going into ways of greater racial polarisation???

Do we want to go to Zimbabwee's way or the Apartied South Africa ways?

Can someone in BN kindly let us know? MCA , Gerakan and MIC dare not say a word about all these racial comments and dare they bring up this matter to the Cabinet in their meetings? NO...NO...No...they prefer to sit and warm their high post chairs and collect the fat salaries paid out of our hard earned taxations.

I call upon MCA, Gerakan and MIC ministers or deputy ministers to jointly protest and bring some sense to this country and not let the situation to further detiorate.

I have not seen such worse provocation in any newspapers in my almost 50 years of existence until the Utusan articles, churning out direct racial inflamatory pieces. What angers and frustrates me is the silence of the Prime Minister and other leaders of component parties and the defending done by the DPM.
The anger and hatred inside the writers must have caused such dangerous rambling! They have become bolder and bolder because they know they can escape persecution. One day, the whole country will be inflamed with racial confrontation (which what they want)if the authorities don't do something. Zero sum game will result in zero for everybody! I urge Utusan writers to stop before you destroy Malaysia. If you don't like what's happening, go live in caves but don't spew out venoms into this beloved country of mine!

I do not have that many '5 years' left but I know how I will vote to get rid of cronyism, corruption and racism. The kind of blatant unfairness and hypocrisy you describe is standard fare of BN-Umno and its shameless leaders. I cringe every time a so called leader opens his mouth - garbage spews out. They should be forced to listen to their own drivel. Maybe they can then feel shame.

You say the Malay Malaysians were manipulated by the minorities...???????

So they admit that the so-called "minorities" are damn smart people...!!!

I m sure the currents leaders knew very well, unless they are asleep that comments and reports from Utusan will not help in our PM 1 Malaysia Concept. Now is the time for our Home Minister to open his mouth to heal the nation. Looks like our beloved country is rotting by the day with racist remarks. It does noboby any good. All politician and leaders whether they are from BN or PR must speak up to heal this nation not destroy it before it is too late.

Anon 7.46pm,

You should say the CRAP of politicians instead of 'crop' of politicians.

Inilah dikatakan ketuanan sesuatu bangsa!

Almost 3 weeks since I stopped buying papers. Just can't take anymore of those racist garbage. Such pathetic and double standard leaders. They should rename papers : Utusan BN, Berita BN, BN Star and BN Times. Better to keep the loose change in a jar and donate it to some worthwhile charity at the end of each year.
