MP Zahrain Hashim is Anwar's Problem

Zahrain Hashim was the head of UMNO Jelutong and he was heading to the list of rejects before his political career was resurrected by Anwar Ibrahim in the 12th general election.

His victory in the last general election made him big headed and he was alleged to have demanded perks from the state government including a management contract of a golf course through a company allegedly linked to him.

When all his demands were denied, although he was made a head of a PDC linked company, Zahrain turned against his allies and party leaders, Anwar Ibrahim and Lim Guan Eng.

Recently, Zahrain handed over written evidence of Raja Petra’s stay in London to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Nazri Aziz. His voters would have expected Zahrain to hand in evidence which might help to curb or expose corruption and other serious wrongdoings. Alas, Zahrain is only interested in his own battle.

PKR can castigate Zahrain all they want but the party de facto leader cannot run away from shouldering some responsibility for bringing people like Zahrain into the party and make him head its state organization.

Anwar should spare some of his valuable time to help restore PKR's battered public image. Ten defections of his elected policy makers would have floored any political party. Yet PKR is not in an emergency mode. It should take heed of this problem and work out strategy to strengthen its party before the next general election.

Otherwise, PKR will suffer a similar fate like Semangat 46 when most of his members including its president went back to UMNO.

Pakatan still have several good MPs for other members to emulate. They should tap on these MPs to help lift the morale of the coalition and component parties.

This ugly fat toad zahrain is not only big headed but in reality he is despicable and unethical to the core. Absolutely a bum with zero integrity, unprincipled and tackless. I sincerely hope blogger Zorro will expose this fat ass and his family members dirty deeds to the rakyat.

He was former head of UMNO Tanjung, never from Jelutong.

It is a pity during GE12,PKR was short of caliber leaders and those political rejects took the chance to side with PKR,hoping that they will get some bargain when they won.But Pakatan Rakyat(PR), living to their motto of 'ketuanan rakyat',did not give in to them. Now they took revenge and trying all means to belittle the leader of the party which they originally championed for. These people are man of no principles and they should be rejected in GE13.

By the look at his face, you can straight away tell that he is good for nothing. How the hell does Anwar not see this. What is it that makes Anwar bring in this idiot.Maybe Anwar can't read his mind.
PKR needs overhaul or otherwise this engine is going to stall.

Dear YB Zahrain,

I believe that there are only 2 things you know about this whole affair - JACK and SH*T.

Fabricating evidence to hurt the innocent brings bad karma.

Have you ever asked yourself why RPK has more support than ANY Malaysian you can name?

I still remember before the 12th GE, Anwar was having a ceramah in one of Batu Maung kampung's in Penang. Zahrain & Abdul Malik was there too. Suprisingly, during Anwar's ceramah he warned Zahrain in front of the cowrd (I was there too) to make sure he serve his contituents well or he will be ship out. I wonder why he said those things at that time in front of everyone. Now I know why!!!

Evil is utterly banal. Extreme self-interest is ugly enough when we succumb to our baser drives - but when someone holding public office opts for short-term ego perks, voters are repelled and disgusted. It always backfires, this sort of low-grade political voodoo.

"they should be rejected in GE13." I would rather say that they should be rejected from this planet earth.

If the Malaysian public (voters) are matured enough,Zahrain would not see daylight in the next GE.
Yes PKR is partly to be blamed for not screening on party leaders. There is no excuse for lack of time and resources. The party will suffer with more damages by putting up a corrupt or half past six person to lead.

Is this the guy who also handed over the letters that was supposedly an appeal by Koh Tsu Koon to the PM to save Motorola ?

If it is, then PKR should have known that if he can do it to the other party, why can't he does the same back to them. They sow what they have plant.
