TBH: "Suicide Note" May Turn Into a "Death Warrant"

The plot gets thicker. First, a note was said to be found in Teoh's sling bag. Here's part of the AG Chamber's press release:

"The Attorney-General Chambers was informed of the discovery of the note by the investigating officer, ASP Ahmad Nazri Zainal on Oct 7 some two over months after Teoh Beng Hock's death. According to the investigation officer it was not found when he first searched the deceased's sling bag after the incident. The note was immediately translated and there was sufficient cause to send it to be analysed by a Document Examiner of the Chemistry Department. The said note was sent on Oct 9 and subsequently on Oct 20."

A number of parties have alleged that it was TBH's 'suicide note'. Even DAP Lim Kit Siang was pushed to ask if TBH was forced to commite suicide.

Here's another latest development:

The family of the deceased Teoh Beng Hock has pointed out several discrepancies in the handwritten note purportedly left by the former DAP exco aide, casting serious doubt on its authenticity and press speculation that it was Teoh's 'suicide note'.

"Even Teoh's purported signature is far from his signature on documents. I have been handed the note and (accompanying) documents, with a view to obtain the services of a handwriting expert to give evidence in the inquest," said Karpal Singh.

"As the attorney-general (AG) had expressed doubts over the note, the hearing of the evidence by investigating officer ASP Ahmad Nazri Zainal should be deferred until the coroner enlists the services of an internationally-reputed expert in handwriting to give evidence."

Karpal said the government should foot the bill, adding that in view of public interest surrounding Teoh's mysterious death, the public will be more than happy to provide the funds to do so in the event the government shirks their responsibility.

Earlier, I opined that the government MUST set up a RCI to investigate this case. Next, it is almost impossible for the court not to instruct a thorough expert examination of the note to determine if it comes from the deceased or not.

What the family has disputed is very critical to the outcome of the case. If the note is false, then it shows that the rot in some of our public institutions is deep and serious. It may indicate that some parties have been trying to frame the death as a 'suicide'.

If the note is genuine, the other side of the political fence may need to look deep into their own ranks to ensure that they nip corruption at its bud.

Either way, the death of TBH must not be in vain.

It is of utmost importance to look into the family testimony that the note is fake.

Nazri Aziz may not like this case to politicize. Too bad, it was political right at from the start when TBH was hauled in for questioning. The political cost will be very high for some political parties.

By introducing this questionable suicide note at this late stage of the inquest, the authorities are taking a huge risk in exposing the culpability of the MACC.

By proving that the note is a fake, now we have further evidence (by motivation) that the murderers of TBH are trying to cover up his death as a suicide.

How much will they have to pay Pornthip to change her verdict is no longer relevant.

Through the weight of circumstantial evidence, the proof of murder is in proving that the suicide note is a fake.

That will be the challenge for Karpal and I believe the Msian public should know about this key issue whatever the court decision.

TO ALL SEEKERS OF TRUTH AND JUSTICE,

THE ONLY WAY TO UNCOVER THE MYSTERY OF TBH'S DEATH IS TO DO TWO THINGS:

(1) PRAY THAT THE CHINESE GHOSTWRITER WHO WROTE THE FAKE SUICIDE NOTE CONFESSES EITHER IN PERSON OR ANONYMOUSLY. PRAY THAT HIS CONSCIENCE AND THE BLOOD OF TBH WILL BE ON HIM IF HE REMAINS IN HIDING.

(2) PUT OUT AN ADVERTISEMENT ONLINE AND THROUHGOUT THE PRESS TO SEEK OUT THAT PERSON WHO WROTE THE FAKE NOTE. APPEAL TO HIM TO COME OUT TO BRING CLOSURE TO THIS TERRIBLE WOUND IN THE NATION AND IN TBH'S FAMILY.

Hi KHOO,

***RELIABLE NEWS RECEIVED FROM DAP INSIDER***

I know it's HARD to believe but there's indeed a SUICIDE NOTE left behind by the late TEOH BENG HOCK. Many TOP GUNS inside PAKATAN RAKYAT knew about this long time ago but had been keeping extremely QUIET regarding the existence of this precious "NOTE".

Such TOP GUNS who are aware of this "NOTE" include ANWAR IBRAHIM, LIM KIT SIANG, LIM GUAN ENG, TONY PUA, EAN YONG HIAN WAH, KARPAL SINGH, GOBIND SINGH, THERESA KOK & RONNIE LIU.

Although this "NOTE" now merely remains a MYSTERY regarding its' AUTHENTICITY but there are already SIGNS of which could prove this "NOTE" genuinely exist.

May I ask...

"Why did GORBIND SINGH furiously dashed out of the CHAMBERS upon knowing this "NOTE" had been found???

It's beos' GORBIND knew this "NOTE" is GENUINE & he thought this "NOTE" is still in the possession of PAKATAN RAKYAT. However, what GORBIND doesn't know is that this "NOTE" had already fallen into the hands of GORBINDs' rival.

GORBIND is FURIOUS becos' he knew very well this "NOTE" is REAL & the chance of LOSING this case is almost 99% (if NOT 100%). Losing this case would certainly bring SEVERE NEGATIVE REPERCUSSIONS to Pakatan Rakyat & this is something GORBIND is trying to avoid.

Now, if we put GORBINDs' furious reaction vs the SUICIDE NOTE...."Can we finally find the solution & answer???"

It's getting more OBVIOUS by the day & soon we will all wake-up to see it's PAKATAN RAKYAT who are the one CAPITALIZING on this case for their own POLITICAL MILEAGE.

They knew it was a SUICIDE but kept on BRAIN WASHING Teoh's family members by saying it was a MURDER instead. How CRUEL & SHREWD Pakatan Rakyat is, right???

The 'rot' started setting in just after the late Tun Hussein Onn resigned from his position as PM. Tun Hussein Onn had led to the formation of the Alliance Direct Membership Organisation as another component party of the then Alliance and open to all races and religions in the late Sixties and early Seventies. But sad to say - his efforts were thwarted. Men of such greatness will not walk this land again. That is Malaysia's misfortune.

Now we have most inefficient and 'bloated' Civil service, the PDRM and MACC and to add insult to injury a group of desperadoes in RELA. Investuigation Officers are most incompetent and are unable to prepare proper investigation reports and papers for the DPP. The AG however is part of the Civil service and so he and his bloated service go on manipulating and fiddling records and cajoling judges to give ridiculous decisions which no sane man would give in ordinary circumstances. The 'rot' is too deep. Even Anwar and his cohorts cannot clean the Aegean stables. Where can Malaysia get a Hercules for this effort to trim the Civil service, sack unwanted and inefficient and crooked PDRM and MACC goons? Till that happens this Nation will be denied FDI and be the laughing stock of Nations and we ordinary citizens who failed to stop BN and its goons long ago will have to face the punishment for that failure.

TOKZ,

Who is the DAP Insider? I heard something else from Umno insider. I heard it was Ezam who played it out first.

My trusted source has checked with sources in DAP too. Not to defend them but some of the names u mentioned said that they first heard about the note from Eza.

Your story on Pakatan losing the note does not make sense. It has always been in the hand of MACC and AG Chamber. How?

Our institutions have descended to new lows that they will even mock a dead man, a man who has done no wrong to anyone, a man who had plans to have a wife and embrace his first child.
A MAN WHO WAS MURDERED!!!! and now being vilified.

Is a Chinese life so cheap that it is treated in this inhumanly, uncivilized fashion?

Imagine if TBK was a Malay VVIP's son?

Hi TOKZ,

"It's beos' GORBIND knew this "NOTE" is GENUINE & he thought this "NOTE" is still in the possession of PAKATAN RAKYAT."

Do you think that the public is so naive to believe your version and spin that all along there is a suicide note in PR's possession? You're really insulting their intelligence!!

The police and the IO would have cordoned-off the 'crime scene' and taken everything into their custody, including the said note! Moreover, the IO admitted he was aware of the note since a year ago, though he unabashedly claimed he didn't realise its significance then!

Second thing is that if someone had handed over the note to the police, the police would have declared that they've just received the note, and not kept it a secret for a year by the IO and more than 9 months by the AG!! Wouldn't it be advantageous for them to declare so to deflect that their investigation is so shoddy and impartial?

TOKZ, then can you explain how come that turncoat Ezam and UMNO bloggers were able to comment on the existence of the 'note' even before the AG had announced that he knew about it 9 months ago? Isn't the impartiality, or rather lack of it, of the AG's office highly suspicious and questionable?
